Lap Band fills?

Hello, Can anyone tell me if Dr. Heap will do fills for out of country bandsters? I am having to have my surgery in Mexico because I am self pay. I live in Idaho, though, and my son races BMX in Walla Walla at least twice a year. I haven't found anyone onver here who will do fills for me. I am planning to call on Monday, but just curious now! Did Dr. Heap start doing the band? I didn't think he did it - just the DS and VGB or something like that. If they aren't a band doc, they don't do fills. Have you considered posting on the band forum here to see if someone there might recommend someone closer to home? I take it Dr. Penning won't do your fill?
