Lower body lift

Anyone on this board know anyone or have you had a lower body lift? I am seriously considering it for myself when I get to goal. I have some really lose skin from my waist down. It looks like saggy pantyhose! Actually from my waist to my lower thighs. I figured if I just had the lower body lift it would fix everything. I don't want to do the thigh lift, it looks too painful and the scars are hideous. And a tummy tuck alone won't fix my saggy behind. So... anyone have any ideas of who is the best surgeon for the job? Lori
