wow! it is great! Doctors warn of possible risks, including an increase insuicide rates. That's why they recommend therapy - it will help support you emotionally. I studied psychology research paper topics a lot, used ideas for psychology paper for myself personally. Your emotions may be stronger due to all the stress. Don't think you're going crazy. After surgery it can be difficult, but it is impportant to have support.
Thank you so much for your response. I was thinking the same, so much more convenient to travel with them... but only if they work. I will give them a shot and then have labs run.
Thank you so much for responding!!!! I really appreciate your feedback!!!
I don't know about PatchAid specifically, but for transdermal vitamins in general, they seem to work for some people, but not for others. I've never tried them, although I do have some at home that I got from a conference that I may use for a trip sometime since it's kind of a pain lugging a bunch of vitamins around. Plus if I'm one of those for whom they don't work that well, a few days or a week isn't going to be a problem.
I went several years using the PatchMD brand vitamins, and my labs were good. Back then they were the only brand of patch vitamins. I stopped using them because the quality slipped -- they just weren't sticking well.
Maybe 2 years ago I started using the PatchAid, but only the Calcium/D3 patch. I use regular vitamins for everything else. I had full labs done in November, at my bariatric program, and everything was good. My D3 was a little high, out of range, but not high enough to alter anything. My bone density scan shows a marked improvement over the last one 5 years ago. The bariatric doc was happy, and had no problems with me using the PatchAid.
