Going to the gym to lose weight, but the scale shows again? Don't panic! You're not alone - studies show that this happens to many people very often. After exercise, there are biochemical reactions in the muscle cells that draw in extra water - hence the weight gain. Muscles regenerate in this way, and this is normal.

I cannot keep any food nor water down weeks after surgery. What can I do to help my situation?
when you say you can?t keep it down, do you mean you are vomiting or the food snd liquid so t go down at all?
if it won?t go down at all, you could have developed a stricture , which is a build up of scar tissue. Your will have to have it dilated to correct it.
if you are vomiting, it is likely because of dehydration, which causes nausea snd vomiting. You might need some iv fluids to rehydrate quickly, as dehydration can be fatal.
in either case you need to call your surgeon , now. Call the office number if they are closed and speak to the on call doctor. This is no time to mess around.
