And I've recently been getting the little squirt mixes for on the go. There are a good variety of sugar free ones out there.
I've been drinking a calorie and sugar free drink for 4 years now. It's a grape flavored powder mix usually sold near tge crystal lite section but it's not tea. Cutting out sodas and other sugar drinks helped me to lose a good amount of weight in the past.

welcome. hope everything goes well for you. I'm Just getting ready to start the actual process. my life was full of a bunch of yo-yo diets. a few years back I got super depressed due to a extremely toxic relationship. I basically stopped eating all together and went from 213-163lbs within 5 months. Once that depression was over and I was ale to keep food down I started to balloon up to my highest weight(238) I have fatty liver, hypertention and Possibly sleep apnea(I wake up gasping for air occasionally when I sleep on my back). diabetes also runs in my family so I really need this. So I have my consultation next month with my surgeon as well as my info session on WLS so I will be asking this question then as well.
I'm in a Gastric bypass surgery group on FB so I can get more insight on which surgery everyone is getting. most of them had mentioned they get the bypass instead of the sleeve because most people end up getting the sleeve revised into a bypass due to complications, weight gain and or severe heartburn. I was wondering how common it is to need a revision somewhere down the line and if I would be better off with the Bypass?
I love the zero sugar gatorades and diet snapple. I buy the snapple in the glass bottle because i'm fancy.
