But after reading your comment i dont think that will be right for me. Thank you. Are you talking more like Spanx or whatever they are called my Fiancee has mentioned. I just woke up and saw your reply so i haven't looked on line yet. Thank you for the reply.
yes like spans. There are many brands.
You will need to get the very largest brand you can find,so they will be comfortable as well as supportive
after looking at the link, no , this short is not going to do what you need it to do. .
It did not bother me. I mixed it in with my tuna and mayo sometimes. Everyone is different though.

Hello All:
I started my journey to WLS back in August and I am in the home stretch. One more appointment with the dietician early next month, then with the nurse practitioner the week after. After that, I meet with my surgeon to discuss the surgery and schedule my surgery! I'm excited, but nervous of course. Just so happy that I decided to move forward with the process. I have been in the constant lose-gain-lose-gain cycle for many years. The summer before last I had lost 97 pounds and was within 20 pounds of my goal weight, all from following a popular commercial weight loss program. I never in a million years thought I would gain any of that weight back - thought I had conquered the monster once and for all. Here I sit a year and a half later with all but 25 of those pounds back on. That was the deciding factor for me concerning surgery. I can always lose it, but it always comes back. I need this tool to help me with that piece of it :) . . . looking forward to reading more about all of your experiences. Thank you for sharing!!
Second time down. Took 2 months! Arrrrgh! So frustrating! Yes. Better than gaining 5 pounds.
Damn plateaus.
My starting weight was 263 gw 138 made it for 3months then back to 145
Thank you that is very helpful!!! I like the 40 push morning noon and night!!!
Weigh and measure every bite and track it somewhere like myfitnesspal. At 2 years out it is easy to eat more than we realize.
