Congratulations for all your hard work!
I got hungry because I was working out and my body needed more food, not because of carbs and sweets. I've also done intermittent fasting and think it feels good to just let your stomach chill out for a day. Bullet proof coffee has been my go-to for many years.
Never thought about pickles, but they're delicious and could be very helpful -- thank you for the tip!
