Welcome to a new week! It is still cool here in Florida (45 right now), but warming up next week prior to DD's arrival thank goodness. Did you have a good weekend? Mine was pretty quiet after going to an all afternoon/evening event on Friday. It POURED yesterday all day.

QOTD: How often do you buy clothes now vs. pre-WLS? I used to buy clothing constantly because I either had changed size or I was striving for something that didn't make me look so fat. Boy when I look back on the pictures where I thought I had found the right outfit... Now I buy one or two pieces of clothing a month, not because I need to but because I want to. My size has been the same for over two years now (a record). But I still love to shop! I try to restrict my purchases to special items.

2 Years 10 months post-op (maintaining below goal for 2 years, 2 months)

Always lots of coffee...

B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon

L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese (or deli chicken)

D: Taco green peppers (unless we go out with visiting friends)

S: sweetened cottage cheese

Good morning, Liz and all! It is a new week and I'm trying to eat better this week. It's 8:32 and already hard, lol.

QOTD: I used to rarely buy clothes heavy - I was always going to buy them when I lost 50 lbs...At my lowest weight I was buying so many clothes it was ridiculous. Now I have leveled off. I have a ton of cute clothes that are tight right now - and recently bought two pairs of jeans to get me through to getting back into them, just inexpensive at Kohl's and Target. It is very casual at this new job so jeans are ok any day...it's fun! I do hope to get back to my cute clothes soon tho - and then back to shopping haha.

B: fit and trim yogurt, iced coffee

L: turkey breast and cheese roll ups

D: leftover chicken and some homemade soup

E: will walk, maybe both at lunch and with dog, depending on the weather

Hey all. It's been a long time since I have posted. I haven't spent a ton of time around and have been going through a lot. Aside from my mom, my mental health has had a lot of trouble. Have let my weight get too low by restricting what I have been eating. My relationship with food is terrible. Am currently staying in a residential facility for eating disorders and on an all day tube feed for being deeply malnourished. It is hard, but I am getting help.

I don't have control over what I eat, I get to pick a little bit, but its pretty rigid. I am having to eat a ton of carbs I have never dreamed of eating. It is a lot of exposure therapy my therapist told me. Some meals I haven't been able to eat and have had to just drink a supplement because facing the food is too much.

QOTD: I do too much thrift store shopping. I won't pay full price for clothes normally, but I love finding good things at thrift stores. The number of clothes I buy has definitely gone up.

B- Raisin Bran with soy milk and juice

L- Roast beef sandwich with spinach salad and a snicker doodle cookie

D- Ground beef stuffed pepper, waldorf salad, cherry cobbler

S1- Banana bread, milk

S2- Hummus, pita chips, baby carrots

S3- Cottage Cheese, wheat thins

Thank you Liz :) I have been thinking about all my OH friends and family. I didn't mean to worry anyone, but time really got away from me during all of this.
