I take 10mg of collagen powder in my coffee every morning, and I've been doing this for about 6 months. I have no idea if it helps. I can tell you I haven't lost much hair, and any hair loss stopped several months ago. I feel like my skin looks pretty good, but mainly it gives me 10grams of protein which helps me reach my protein goals because I detest protein shakes. I use vital proteins collagen peptides. It has very good reviews.
