Good morning(almost noon here)! Looks like everyone is busy on this 2nd day of the new year. Just going to quickly start off the menu thread. I have so many errands today and I start my new job tomorrow at 5am! Holy cannoli how am I going to get out of the house by 4:30? I can do this:-)

Yesterday did not go as planned and I ended up going over on my daily carbohydrate allowance. Today is a new day and so far so good!
