Have a good day at your program! Yes, the work on those sculptures just amazes me and if I made one (impossible) I'd be so sad after they are bulldozed. But I guess they have probably already moved toward planning their next piece at that point.

Good afternoon,

Had an appointment with the eye doctor this morning, he said my eye was doing good that I had surgery on. Tonight I go for a mammogram.

Qotd not sure, either my breakfast or my lunch.

Good morning! Wow, the sculptures are amazing! The saxophone player is my favorite.

QOTD-Probably lunch, I am hungriest at that time and love my yogurt w/fruit and nuts:-)

B-bullet coffee, 1/3 cup granola

L-2% Fage yogurt with peaches and pecans

S-Hot tea

D-Leftover chicken soup

E-Late hike with Emmy

Every day is a new chance to start! Maybe next week I will try camaw as well. My own personal little challenge.

I'm day 7! I had 5oz beef stock + low sodium V8 this morning. And this late afternoon, I had some pho soup. Oh, and water.

I feel pretty good though.
