Hey! Most of us benefit from weighing and tracking our food every day to make sure we aren't over eating. Try cutting out junk foods if you are consuming them, things like sweets, chips, breads, pastas, and calorie heavy drinks. Lowcarb and high protein ways of eating turn out to be the most successful for weight loss, but whether you choose to go that way, or not, the way to lose weight is calorie restriction.

If you share a sample of your daily menu, it will be easier for us to make suggestions.

I agree with both the previous comments! If you're not already, start by measuring and tracking everything you put in your mouth. And give us an example of what daily eating looks like for you and we can troubleshoot.

Weigh or measure your portions and log every bite. Be honest with yourself about how much you are eating. Make healthier choices and cut back on calories/carbs.

The ones who claim they are doing "everything right" and do not want to listen to suggestions or make any improvements in their eating are the ones doomed to gain even more.

Please consider adding your surgery date to your profile - it really helps getting answers to questions.
