Average Percentage of Weight Loss by Month

Everyone has different amount of weight to lose.
I'm just wondering what the percentages are. I want to make sure I'm on track.
Anyone have any ideas?

As long as you're losing, you're on track!
Most people lose a lot of weight during the first two or three weeks after surgery. After that, it's a slow and steady 1 - 2lb per week. I think most of the folks here on OH who follow their plan and stay on track reach their goal within 10 - 12 months.

Plug your stats into the OH Post-Op Planner. It was very accurate for my loss.

We have a similar starting weight and are almost the same height. My progress is in my signature.

I did lose weight really fast, but I didn't do it in a way that was sustainable for me so I regained weight pretty fast too. I lost most of the weight by measuring and logging (myfitnesspal) every bite that I ate and making sure I stayed between 600-900 calories per day (600 in the first few months, 900 later).
I'm now trying to figure out how to maintain in the 120s in a way that I can do for life. I've done a lot of experimenting with my diet and lifestyle. I'd like to lose 5-10 more pounds but I'm fine with it taking a year as long as it is sustainable to maintain.
It's interesting to know how others did on their journeys. However, as has been stated here hundreds of times...everyone's weight loss progress is different, so appreciate the numbers, but don't try to match your own progress to anyone else's.
So many factors go into your personal journey--your particular program's diet guidelines, your genetics, how much you weighed to start, how well you are able to handle foods at each phase--and so many more.
My numbers are in my signature...no matter what yours end up being, be proud of your accomplishments, and soon you'll be at your own goal!
