Hey OH VSG'ers! Ms. Ronnie here and back in full swing from VSG surgery 8/10/2009!

It's been a while since I've blogged on this amazing site...and since I've had a few burps on my weight loss journey, I thought it was time to double-back and as I continue moving forward.

All is well, and even though I put on some lbs, I've managed to get back on track. I started this journey at 317 lbs. and felt hopeless and ashamed. Today, I'm at 203 pounds and just 28 lbs. from my ultimate weight loss goal of 175 lbs.

I hope to hear back from some of you as this community was an amazing place of support for me when I found myself in weight loss wilderness back in 2008.

Just remember, this whole journey is about lifestyle changes that must be developed and it's never too late.

Sending love...

PS...please disregard the weight tracker below because it's incorrect.
