Hello my beautiful OH VSG family!! I am still high off #OH2018 so I decided to come and say hey! I'm going to start being accountable again and my goal for #OH2019 is to kick this regains butt!!

Hey Ms. Shell! OH was one of my favorite places too. I've experienced some of the same. My surgery was in 8/2009 and I dropped from 317 to 205 and gained back about 40!!! I got myself refocused in January 2018 and I'm down 37 lbs so far. I'm looking forward to reaching my goal of 175 and I'm currently 3 lbs from ONE-DER-LAND! Keep moving forward and all the best to you.

Haha it took me like an hour to figure out how to edit mine to be accurate!! Kudos on the weight loss and regaining focus!!
