Haven't posted in long time...doing very well..gained between 6-7 lbs. would like to take it off. AI follow most rules..except that I starting grazing in evening which contributed to the few lbs gained...old bad habits are really hard to stop once you start again...I don't give up so will continue to try...I loved feeling the excess lbs. off and no uncomfortable...I must try to stay in the group for strength...

I know the feeling of wanting to graze in the evening. One thing I keep on hand for those times that I don't need more calories but just want to eat something is sugar-free jello. Also carrot sticks with hummus dip. These are things that are fun to eat but don't add many calories.
