Newer pasta alternatives
I have avoided pasta (and bread, potatoes, and rice) like the plague this past year. I made spaghetti squash or zucchini noodles with my spiralizer a few times, but it wasn't much worth it due to needing to eat the protein first. I'd like opinions about the new chickpea and other high-protein pasta substitutes I'm seeing in stores. #1: Are the carbs low enough for those of us who were instructed to keep to 40-50 gr per day? #2: Do they taste good? Thanks in advance for your opinions!

Banza chickpea pasta:
One serving is 190 calories, 14g protein, 32g carbs.
You should be eating foods with at least 10g protein per 100 calories and keep daily carbs under about 30 per day. By that measure, this pasta is a poor choice.
