Hey all! I slept a hard 9 hours. I know I needed it, but you know that horrible "I've slept too much" feeling? I have it D: I don't like it, but I know the sleep was definitely required. I've been in a sleep deficit for a long time, it was bound to try and catch up here and there.

Today is my "Monday" I have all my meals packed for 2 days, but my third day is a free for all. Not sure what I'll do for that one yet. I tend to like to do an easy last day. Protein shakes, bar, etc. We'll see though. I need to work on my eating more, because I am still continuously losing. I don't want to be less than my goal weight, and I do think maybe I should have stopped about 5 pounds before it. We'll see! If only my brain didn't want to fight me.

QOTD: I would lose a hand, hands down (hehe). Could get me one of those motorized prosthetic and start slowly becoming a cyborg, which would be awesome.

Cyborg hand would be amazing! As long as it wasn't hackable. Since that would suck.

Happy Friday! We went for a ride on my uncle's speed boat today. Beautiful weather and had so much fun. He ordered subs from the best sub place around. This was the first time I've had bread in months, here's hoping to no carb withdrawal.

QOTD - Good question hmmmm....I definitely don't want to lose one of my hands. I also can't imagine no motorized vehicles, I like to go to too many places. So I guess telecommunication devices and computers by default. It's crazy to think how life would be without any of these things.

B - coffee and Bananas and Cream premier protein

L - 1/2 Tuna and Egg sub (had it on multigrain roll)

D - other 1/2 of tuna and egg sub

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!

Getting ready for another grand-dog sitting weekend/week while our daughter teaches a course up in Asheville (she's with DOJ).

Feeling a bit number obsessed - weight went up a couple of lbs and freaked me out this morning. Slow breathing. Since when is 124 lbs up? Scary that it shook me up.

QOTD: Technology has become a part of us. Would you rather lose the use of all motorized vehicles, all telecommunication devices and computers, or one of your hands? A dear friend's grown daughter lost her arm from the elbow down recently due to a blood clot; she has a son, and worked as a hair stylist. So given her struggle and perspective, certainly i could walk, and talk to people face to face. But being able to touch people, care for my family and myself...I would prefer to keep my hands.
