Stick to dense proteins, ditch the carbs, drink lots of calorie free liquids. Basically the same things you've been (hopefully) doing!

Just stick to the plan - and maybe up your exercise if possible. The last ten may take much longer but at that point every pound shows since that's all you have left. Don't stress over it - you'll get there if you're determined.

Make sure you are watching every bite. An extra little bit here and there adds up when we are so close to our goal. We have to be honest with ourselves about eating more than we should.
