One of my favourites was getting in the bath and my behind/thighs no longer touched the sides.

Ah, cool. Did it blow your mind a bit? We get used to a certain body image and it's strange when it changes.

A day late, but this summer was the first in FOREVER when my summer clothes from the prior year still fit! Which should have meant I didn't buy anything, but somehow I still did. But I did buy less and only if it was really special or super cheap. As I was gaining weight I would always be forced into spending money on clothes that fit that I frequently didn't love.

Oh, so cool! A sad part of being obese is how we are often forced to choices that we don't even really like, style-wise. By the way: glad you buy yourself some new things--you deserve it!
