I had to try something different Question
Hi, I'm doing great had to change up the liquids tast. As directed from my team when I start my puree stage start with light Progresso Soup. I decided to strain it to get the liquid out. I'm still on my liquid diet. It's funny I'm full I can't take in more than 3 teaspoon. Have anybody made broth soup out of regular soup. I feel mentally great but still having pain. I'm going to my daughter's to go shopping. 6 days post op is looking good!

I made homemade cream of mushroom soup that was the bomb. It kept me from going crazy. It was a refreshing change from canned soups. I strained it and boy was it tasty.

I strained Panera's french onion soup for my liquid diet stage and then blended it for my puree stage. It was great when I needed something savory. It's also easy to add unflavored protein powder or chicken broth protein powder to soups!

I would get the Japanese Onion soup or Miso soup from the Thai and Japanese places and just strain the mushrooms out until I could have them. It was so yummy and super cheap. A big container is like $1.75
