Oh dear Lord. EIGHT? I groan doing laundry for just me!
Happy August! Lots of fun planned for this month with concerts and getaways! I am still stuck in this funk though and it's like an out of body experience reflecting on some of the bad choices I've made this week. Today I'm going to contact my employer's EAP program so I can get set up with a counselor. Working with my trainer today and just trying to move forward.
QOTD: I'm thinking laundry although I hate cleaning floors too. Nick always does the dishes, one of the reason's I keep him around lol.
B - coffee and protein
L - yogurt and almonds
D - sausage and greenbeans with mushrooms
e - 45 minutes with trainer

Just an FYI - I am not allowed to mow the lawn... a few years ago we were all doing yardwork and I said to my son-in-law - "Give me the mower and you go do something else" and then proceeding to mow over a huge rock and kill the mower. I have also cut through at least 3 extension cords when trying to use the hedge trimmer. I'm not allowed to use that anymore either.

Good evening,
Had my 4 year checkup and binge eating medication review this morning at the bariatric center. She was happy with me that I maintain my weight since last month and that my b12 was high so she told me to take it every other day.
Had a bad day at work yesterday, I accidentally burned the foot of a baby. I had him in my arms while taking water out of the microwave and it went over the cup and splashed on him. The mother wasn't upset but I sure was. He was doing better today.
