1 pound and 4 oz that's it!
I'm sorry your team led you to believe you'd lose 3 pounds a day until you reached your goal! That was a pretty irresponsible expectation for them to give you!

Keep positive internal dialogue: I am in this program for the long-haul. The sleeve is a tool to help me make better choices. There will be days I lose and days I don't, but the overall trend will be down, so six months or a year from now I will be in a much better place than I was before surgery. I haven't lost all the weight I want to lose YET; I'll continue to work the program. I have said these things to myself several times a week over the last year. 119 down, feeling great, and still 60-65 to go, but it's manageable, and it may take another year plus, but it WILL happen! :)
so, I just took a look and at 8 was out:
My lowest weight loss per week was 1.6lbs. My highest was 6lbs. The average ended up being about 3.8lbs per week. Your mileage will vary.
Some seem to lose more in these early weeks and some lose less. This really bothered me at first because I'd read accounts from docs online (not my doc) that 5lbs per week was the average. Now I'm just trying to enjoy and make the most of it before the WL slows down. Comparison will kill you.
