Four Days since VSG
i am able to drink much more than the 64 ounces. I walked around the block today, it was very hot so I was shaky towards the end. Having my three meal replacements per day, as per nutritionist recommendation. Taking all vitamins and all medications. Felling great!!!!
That's great to hear! It's such a relief when those first few rough days are over.

Take it easy in this heat, sweetie- despite feeling great (which is wonderful) your body is still recovering from major surgery as well as adjusting to a different way of fueling. Maybe walking any length of time--a mall ?--where ever it is cooler.
Carry on- so far - so good!
