Happy Monday everyone. It was a great weekend celebrating my brother's return! I've got a busy day today with a couple of prison groups and personal training during my lunch break.

QOTD: Swimming! I absolutely love to swim. I'm a big iced coffee fan too. I've been having it every day since the temps broke into the 90s.

B - coffee & protein

L - salami & pimento cheese

D - kielbasa and peppers

E - weights with trainer

Good morning! Yea Mersh, your 4 days off are almost here!

I haven't been around here in a few days, between the family reunion on Friday and getting ready for my niece it's been busy. It was Art In The Park yesterday and the building I work in is in the park, so I was really busy yesterday with browsers and tourists. Time went extremely fast.

I'm getting the air conditioner going today, it is supposed to be in the 90's all week. That is okay with me, we waited way too long for summer to start so I am not going to complain!

QOTD-I live on a lake, so to cool off I usually take my dog Emmy swimming. She loves it and doesn't know when to stop, but if I get in she goes crazy(I don't think she understands that I won't drown:-)

B-Greek yogurt w/pumpkin puree, stevia and walnuts

L-hb egg and string cheese

S-Chai tea with vanilla pp shake

D-Chicken and mushroom stir fry with veggies

There are about 20 different cherry orchards around the lake, the Bing cherries will be ready this week. I am going to have to really limit myself because it is so easy to eat a lot of them!

Have a good Monday!

Hi, marsh!

4 days off sounds amazing--but I know you definitely earn it big time.

QOTD: Swimming. We have a small, unheated pool--it's freezing cold 9 months out of the year. In Summer, it's perfect. Other than that, going to the movies.

B - Isopur vanilla shake made with fairlife skim milk and a scoop of PB2. I was really burning out on premier protein premades and this was my first try of isopure--not bad! 38 grams of protein down! (25g from shake mix, 13 from Fairlife). It was pretty rich, though--took me almost an hour and a half to drink.

S - Avocado

L - chicken, cheese, maybe more avocado

D - NF refried beans and any leftover avocado

((Amazing how much "leftover" food one generates when you're only eating 3oz at a time--never thought it would tKe me a day or longer to eat an avocado)

I'm a day late on this post but I feel like I need to do it to be consistent and hold myself accountable. I had another rough emotional day but cried it out and felt a lot better. Took the kids to the boardwalk and rode rides all night. We all had a blast and did a ton of walking.

QOTD - Swimming or waterpark for sure.....I normally would have said ice cream or water ice but not anymore

B - coffee and premier protein

L - protein bar

D - Chicken Taco Salad on the boardwalk - so so good

E - 30 min jog/walk, tons of walking on the boardwalk, arm exercises
