Good morning - one day closer to the weekend, working at home and scheduled for a vacation day tomorrow.
Here's a refrigerator update - I got a little postal and penned an email to the SR VP of Home services at HD on Tuesday - and low and behold I got a call on Wednesday - they miraculously found a repair person or I have the option of a complete refund!!! I'm going to give this new repair person one try - since my new kitchen is built around this frig and I really love it except that it doesn't work, lol. I'm hoping that since it broke 2x (April/June) it was due to the repair person being the same guy and not the frig) Fingers crossed!
QOTD: I have alot of navy now - maybe because Tommy Hilfiger clothes fit me well and their clothes are alot of red/white and blue. I always have standard black pants for work and alot of black jersey sweats - i actually love some capri stretchy pants from Walmart ($9 a pair) and they are so soft and comfy -I wear these alot when home and dress nicely for work.
B: maybe some cheerios
L: leftover ravioli and meatballs - ravioli are from a tiny shop that makes them fresh - I can eat about 3 of them if I eat slowly and chew well, lol -I made the meatballs so I know they're good (made from a ground roast)
D: more of the same since I have no food
L/V: good
E: good walking weather again - Reggie is happy!

Good luck with the frig. I buy from a local place specifically because some friends have had issues with appliances (and repairs) they bought at the big box places. Sound like you have their attention though!

I don't know what we are doing today other than going to a band concert on the harbor tonight. It is beautiful but breezy out. I didn't get much sleep last night though, so I'm having motivation problems.
QOTD: My dominant colors, as they have always been, are water colors (blues and bluish greens). I have added some brighter colors periodically since weight loss though, like orange and yellows (have to be the right tone though).
2 Years, 3 months post-op (maintaining at goal for 19 months)
Always lots of coffee...
B: eggs, cottage cheese and Canadian bacon
L: tuna salad, pickles and cottage cheese
D: salmon, tomato and basil burger (no bun)
S: yogurt

Morning all! It's hot and humid here and I am exhausted from yesterday. Still a little under the weather and totally overdid it. I have two groups left for today and then I'm going to start working on welcome home signs for my brother. He's back from Afghanistan and should be home sometime in the next few days!!!
QOTD: blues & greens definitely dominate and always have! I also wore a lot of black at my biggest and don't feel drawn to the color right now.
B - coffee and protein
L - scallops
D - grassfed beef tacos
S - half an apple
E - resting today unless the yoga mood hits this evening

Y'all sound like you've got things well in hand -- gym, refrigerator, weekend in sight! Life is good.
Today is, finally, house cleaning day; about half way through. The house is too big for 2 people (old people aging in place), with an upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs is finished.
QOTD: What color dominates your wardrobe? Is it your favorite color? Has the dominate color in your clothing changed since weight loss? Not since weight loss, but since letting my hair go gray I find I still rock the jewel tones, but like soft lavenders, soft blues, and even some pinks. And of course, gray and black. I have found (lost a ton of hair with sleeve, 2nd surgery * transfusions), that with the short hair I tend to make my earbobs (earrings to you Yankee folks) the focus, and my eye makeup. TMI
B" 2 slices drained bacon, 1/4 homemade waffle
S: Premier protein in Coffee
L: Homemade chicken pot pie, small piece heavy on chicken, fat free
D: Hmm - haven't thought about it
On track with vitamins and biotin and water

QOTD: I used to mainly do black prior to weight loss. Black t-shirts, normally with print since they were geek shirts, and blue jeans. Now the dominant color is COLOR. Bright color. Any color. I love them all! My jackets have more of a color theme - I've got a lot of purple (my favorite) and teal. My regular clothes are all over the place, though. My "uniform" is either a print wrap skirt and a complementary solid shirt, or a cat dress (I've got them in about 15 colors).
Lance will tell you that my love of color directly corresponds to running because running gear is all obnoxiously colored and I've grown to love it :D
