Hey, no worries. I lost a whopping 1.2 lbs the week after surgery. I cried at my 1st post op appt. My 1st month was very slow except for 1 week where I lost 7 lbs. I am now 8 & 1/2 months out and have lost 101 lbs. It will go up and down all through your journey. I'll be losing 2 and sometimes a lb a week and then drop 6. Never know why. Just keep eating the way your program suggests and you'll do fine.

It's totally normal to stall. If it stresses you out, consider using something like Trendweight.com to monitor your trending weight instead of your daily (or lack thereof) fluctuations. If you're sticking to your plan, you will lose the weight.

What, exactly, are you consuming each day? We can troubleshoot if you give us your daily eats.

Also, search the forums for "three week stall." You're right on track!

So I am only 13 days post op so not even at 3 weeks. I totally expect stalls but not so soon. My average daily intake is as follows

coffee small w non fat milk (1tsp)

fat free triple Protein yogurt

premier protein shake

strained soup about 1 cup

sugar free pudding or jello

more soup

sugar free popsicle

How many grams of protein are you getting each day? How many ounces of liquids?

That's good! It seems like you're on the right track. It's hard to have patience, but that's part of the process.
