QOTD: Do you have any month "upkeep" tasks that you do at the end/beginning of every month?

1: hummus, oatmeal (not mixed together - yuck)
2:
3: chicken risotto (I'll pick the chicken out for myself)

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: yoga stretching - my poor hips after yesterday's run!

How about you?

Good afternoon team! Truly having a day of rest today and it was SO needed!

oTD: I have several end of the month reports I do for both jobs, and thankfully I was able to do most of them Friday and I'll finish the rest tomorrow. Personally I like to set monthly intentions/goals at the start of each new month. :)

B - protein and coffee

L - protein shake (lazy day!)

D - ham & mixed veggies

E - hopefully yoga!

QOTD: My big end of the month task is to migrate my bullet journal. This involves offloading the ending month to a "storage" binder and then getting the new month set up. Any month-tasks I didn't complete from the ending month get moved forward to the new month if they're still relevant, I figure out some daily logistical scheduling stuff for the new month, and I make sure I'm aware of the unusual things that are coming up.

July should be a decent month. Two more weeks of this three class overlap, I'm hosting the quarterly cookbook club, and I've got a trip to visit my mom. All fun times!

Hello -first day back from vacation - wahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. I'm happy to report that my weight stayed the same - and I basically ate and drank at will. I think the good thing is that i don't graze on vacation. My refrigerator repair person did not come while we were gone so everything is bad - no food in the frig.

B: cheerios (had to go out to buy milk

L: nothing yet... I'm hungry

D: getting Chinese takeout

L/V: good

E: did some weeding, yard clean up - it's bloody hot - and going to stay hot all week - and not nice hot like in Aruba, HOT HOT!

L- Bday party so probably a small slice of cheese pizza

D - Lasagna in a Bowl (no noodles, sugar free, low carb)

E - C25K Week 1 Day 1, Bodyweight Squats, and maybe jump on the trampoline with the kids at the party

Height = 5'2 Age = 37 Surgery Date = August 13, 2012 HW = 231lbs LW = 131lbs

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

Good Morning all :) Start of the working week for me and its freezing - we got to -2 overnight. Hubby has just left to start his new job.

I have a pretty cruisy day today. Our Engineer is back from leave so thankfully that will help to take the pressure off the rest of our small team.

QOTD: I do our financial budgets about a month in advance. Chart bills etc. With the change of job Hubby is moving to monthly salary instead of fortnightly so that will be a change. Around the house & farm - we split weekends one on one off between the two and there is always something that needs doing.

B: Homemade Bubble & Squeak - leftover veggies mixed into patties with an egg and cooked (I hate waste)

L: Homemade Chicken Schnitzel with Parmesan and mustard coating & Salad - leftovers from dinner last night

D: Same as lunch - I made a lot

Hope you all have a wonderful evening :)
