I am so sorry about your shoulder! It's so frustrating when everything finally feels like it's working as it should, then something else gets ****** up. Chronic pain is enough to drive just about anyone halfway nuts.
Anyway, I hope you can get your shoulder back to good health soon, and I'm really sorry you're going through this.

Good morning! I hope everyone is doing good today. It is finally sunny, no clouds and absolutely gorgeous outside today! They said rain and cold all week, but surprise I woke to a beautiful day.
I have Bunko tonight:-) I am providing chicken green chili and white bean soup, plus cornbread. Some of us do not have big enough homes to host 16 people. So we rotate who brings the main course to relive the host who does have a big enough home of that duty. I hope my soup turns out!
QOTD-Yes, I do worship the sun! As a teenager we would slather Crisco on ourselves and bake in the sun all day. I can't believe I did that knowing what I know now! I wear SPF 30 all summer, I still love to sit in the sun. It helps my joints feel so much better. I can actually move more when it's sunny, warm and dry outside.

Good afternoon all. I have been so sick with allergies and sinuses the last two days. I have slept and slept with medicine and me head still feels like it's in a vice with so much pressure behind my eyes! I hate sinus trouble. Unfortunately I am having to join the living today and am waiting for my appointment.

Good afternoon! It's day 2 of my weekend (my days off for the summer are Tues/Wed) and enjoying my down time. Trying reallllly hard to stop the stress eating that started with my old job. I do fine work days, but days off I find myself wanting to graze...an old habit I THOUGHT I'd overcome, but they always sneak back if you let them, don't they?
QOTD: I've avoided the sun most of my adult life, as I burn so easily it's scary. I just bought my first bathing suit in 30+ years, and I made sure I got something that covered me as much as possible! Long-sleeved rash protection suit, with Capri swim leggings will keep me pretty safe at my BFFs pool party on July 8th...what isn't covered I will slather in the highest effective SPF sunscreen they make! That, combined with umbrellas and hats should do the trick lol
