Freaking A!- I think it's groovy that you posted that bodacious and righteous question. Betcha dollars to donuts there will be a gazillion posts on this one, and anybody who thinks otherwise is a tool--FOR SURE, Dude.

Lots going on yesterday, and not so much attention paid to the nutritional end of things, except very good on liquids- 107 0z+

49- protein, 55- carbs, 670- calories, 3 F/V- mushrooms, cantaloupe.

Better luck today, I hope.

 TOTAL POUNDS LOST- 200 (110 pounds lost before surgery, 90 pounds lost Post Op.diabetes in remission-blood pressure normal-cholesterol and triglyceride levels normal!  BMI from 55.6  supermorbidly obese to 23.6  normal!!!!

Good afternoon,

Ive been to the dentist and Discount Tire to have my tire replaced since I didn't trust the one Walmart put on and I had warranty on the other tire. They also paid me back for the tire that was bought Monday. Need to call the doctor, I got bite by something on my arm and leg and they don't look good.

Qotd don't have anything.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L tuna, cottage cheese and kale salad

D spaghetti meat sauce and zoodles and strawberries sweetened with Splenda and whipped cream

Good morning! Going to take Emmy to my friend's house today for the week I will be in Colorado. I will truly miss her. She loves it there so much, she just looks at me and runs off when I try to say goodbye:-) Just finishing up errands and packing today, then off to Denver bright and early tomorrow.

QOTD-"Okie Dokie Then," is a phrase my dad always used, sometimes I say it and I get strange looks.

Happy Hump Day Everyone! I'm feeling extra motivated today to get off my cushions and exercise. I recently bought a treadmill and love the convenience of hoping on it while in between conference calls. It's not raining today (I live in Seattle, WA) so taking the puppers for a stroll is probably in my cards for today. I'm 9 weeks post-op and gaining more energy everyday, woot!

QOTD: Easy Peasy is a daily fav of mine. I probably use it too often but YOLO.

Hi there! I barely got out the door on time today. I'm a little out of it, probably because I've been off routine so much lately between vacation & the holiday weekend. I hope I'll resettle into the groove next week because lately I just don't want to go to work haha

QOTD: I say all sorts of stuff that is outdated "rad, wicked, hella" etc. Probably more that I don't even notice.
