I'm been reading this post to see what everyone eats. Im especially curious about breakfast. I usually have Greek yogurt, different brands with protein in varying amounts. Sometimes I add dried cranberries or protein granola. Just a 1/4 cup of the granola and 1-2 tbsp of berries. I'm anywhere from 120-225 calories. I'm back to staying under 1100, I got off track for a few months and gained 30 pounds, I've lost 6 of it so far since Mid-March.
Any other suggestions for breakfast?

My go to is a piece of toast with greek cream cheese on it and an egg dropped right on top of it. 2 egg omelette with a bit of cheese in it is good too. Could even cook up a nice porkchop or steak. 2oz of lean steak with an egg is always delicious. Depends on how many carbs you like to eat. I don't do as low carb as some others, so I have more wiggle room to add things in like oatmeal with fruit

I love salsa on everything. Keep in mind you can eat whatever you want for breakfast. In no way does it need to be eggs. I am always just stuck in breakfast foods mood, so eggs is my go to. If you want chicken, or beef, or beans have at it. One thing that is popular is egg "muffins" eggs cooked up in muffin tins with meat/salsa/veggies mixed in.

Like these. Pretty easy to customize. Even could do sweet eggs. I like eggs with SF jam in them, cook the egg and roll up the jam a bit like a sort of crepe. Haven't done that in ages, now I want to!

Same taste and texture pretty much. I buy mine at walmart! https://www.walmart.com/ip/Green-Mountain-Farms-Greek-Cream- Cheese-Greek-Yogurt-8-oz/166237061 They have it in whipped varieties too made with strawberry, blueberry, and onion/chive. I'm never out of it.
I make my Greek yogurt at home. The longer you let the yogurt strain, the greater quantity of whey is removed. Strain it long enough and you get a product the consistency of a soft cream cheese. I use yogurt in all its forms in place of sour cream, cream cheese, dips and dressings, as a cream in cooking, etc. Low calories and carbs (most of which is found in the whey) and high in protein.
Taste and texture is somewhat dependent on your method of production and the starter you use. The cheese is, of course somewhat less mild than packaged cream cheese.

My favorite breakfast which I enjoy (I eat it 99.9% of the time) and keeps me full for a long time is an egg, cottage cheese (I use 1/2 cup), and one slice of Canadian bacon (20 calories for bacon). I mix up the egg in a microwaveable bowl, add cottage cheese, cut up the bacon and add it, then microwave for 2-3 minutes (timing depends on the quantity of cottage cheese and the power of the microwave). Who knew that cottage cheese melts!
