I'm a daily weigher and sometimes I still freak out over it. But, I only allow myself to weigh in once per day - naked and before my shower. I think we perceive ourselves as more boney than we really are and at first, we have boney areas that eventually will even out. I have really low body fat (like female bodybuilder low) and I'm really not all that boney anymore.
QOTD: I liked Barbies, matchbox cars, and playing outside. I grew up on a farm so we made a lot of forts and rode 4-wheelers and snowmobiles a lot.

All of mine I know is mental. I've become too obsessed with the scale and with numbers in general. Thankfully my therapist is going to get me in quickly to see her. Right now I've become much too high strung and it's driven me bonkers!

Mer****hink the extra skin messes with what we think we have left to lose. It looks like fat, but it's not. I spent a lot of time trying to decide was I done? Should I keep going? And it seriously haunted me before my latest plastics. I thought I hadn't done enough, I should have lost more, my results weren't going to be good etc. I admitted as much to my surgeon as he was marking me up before surgery and he looked at me like I was nuts and said it was totally enough and some fat pockets are so stubborn, there is literally nothing you can do yourself to make them go away (embarrassing admission, I think my pubic area was as big under my goal weight as it was at my highest weight. Highly resistant to loss. Weird but true.). We are our own harshest critics. So I applaud you for putting away the tool that was making you question yourself!
My pubic area was literally the last place I lost. It was those last 10-15lbs that finally made it droopy. It's much better after PS but it's still not 'you're a size 2/4' petite. Did your PS help a lot?
