Tums 7 days post op

Hey everyone. I wasnt feeling very well and tried a couple of tums and it really helped. Then i took 2 more and know i am feeling weak and a bit dizzy. My.heartbeat feels weird but i feel totally off. I also.took a.zantac. im not sure.what I should do please tell me whats going on

Very important to call the clinic. And drink water. An ounce every 15 minutes. Did your surgeon not prescribe PPI's?

I you are using the regular TUMS - they have sugar. The "too much sugar may have caused a reaction.
