Congrats!! I am curious how you came up with your goal weight. I would caution against trying to stop losing now. That mindset usually bites people in the behind. Have you gotten your bodyfat measured by a dexascan? That may help you decide if you need to lose more.

I am not sure how old you are, but I am 51. I know at my age my joints feel a lot better at a lighter weight so I try to stay pretty lean. I fight every day for my health.

This is a marathon and not a sprint. Maintaining is the hard part.

That's what a wonderful report! I'm at 6 months, and hit goal about 3 weeks ago. I see the bariatric doctor on the 16th.
