I'm 14 months out and I'm eating 3oz of dense protein + 1oz of veggie or 3oz of dense protein + 1oz of cheese.
Tonight I had 3oz of scallops and 1oz of Brussel Sprouts (which turned out to be two halves, lol).

I'm a little over 4 mnths out and can eat 2-3 oz of chicken and approx 1 oz of veg. However where my troubles come in are the sliders. I have to be careful with the cheese snacks, cottage cheese, and yogurts. I tolerate them a little too well!! Sounds like you still have good restriction.
You've still got fantastic restriction.
I'm 12 years out and you wouldn't even know I had any wls at all. I eat on the light side of the normal eater. when dining out, I can do a 6oz steak, salad and half of a potato.
