Photo Update
So, I know these changes are subtle, but I loved seeing other people's pictures before my surgery so I thought I would post a few of my own. The top photo is me at 390 pounds. The green shirt was right before surgery, and I was about 370 pounds (early December.) The last two photos are me at about 303-306 pounds. I'm currently sitting at 301 and I think I've hit another short stall. It's only been 2.5 months, so I am extremely positive and excited about my continued loss. I hate that it's slowed down a little, but I see my nutritionist again next month so I may adjust. :-) (OF course, I know it won't be as fast now that I'm having food. Just saying!)

The changes are not subtle. They are stupendous! I am so happy for you. You are killing it.

I think we are all our own worst critics sometimes. Sometimes, when I look in the mirror, I don't see a huge difference. Some days are better. :-)
