Gastric Sleeve Diet ebook???
Hi everybody, I´ve had my gastric sleeve a couple of years ago and had trouble getting back on track after my "honeymoon". But after lots of research and going with several bariatric doctors and specialized bariatric nutritionist I am back on track. Once you are out of the honeymoon it is much harder!
I am considering on elaborating an eBook with strategies, recipes, pictures and general tips ($15-30), do you guys think this is something people would purchase?
An ebook for less that $5 may have a chance.15-20? Not so much.

I wouldn't buy an ebook st all.
I get all the info I need right here on Obesity Help , for free.
It's not something I would purchase. There are tons of great recipes online for the way I eat and I've gotten most all of the information I need here on OH.
However, I can see there being a market for a book for post-sleeve eating geared toward people who don't cook (and don't want to cook).

It is not something I would purchase. But, I don't purchase cookbooks either. I usually google half a dozen recipes online, take a bit from each one and make something the way I want. I also get all my bariatric questions answered here or on a google search.

If this is something you truly wish to do, GO FOR IT!!!! This decision should be based upon your desire and having great ideas to share. Don't worry about if others will purchase it to drive your ebook elaboration. If you don't do it, you'll never know if others will purchase it plus . . . can you imagine how amazing it would be even if your hard work only touched one person and forever positively changed the course of their life?

An ebook for $5 or less might do well. It should include a lot of topics, like how to eat out at any restaurant and how to make meals at home for just one or a whole family. How to snack. What to eat at the movies (or bring with you to the movie). How to increase your liquid input without drinking water (I hate the taste of water). Lots of soup recipes. Unusual sources of protein. Those are the types of things that yes, you can google them, but that takes a while.
