Good afternoon

Church potluck was a successful. I only had one serving left of my pulled pork.

Qotd I love horses but to be practical I would love a dog. They're a loyal and lovable campanion. Also a good walking partner.

B ham and cheese omelette and string cheese

L pulled pork, Italian tortellini soup, seven layer salad and some cake

D tuna, cottage cheese and honeycrisp apple

Coming in late as is unfortunately my usual. If I've failed to mention it before, I have two jobs and the same number of kiddos, and I always feel like I'm running behind! I'd rather post at night then not at all though.

QOTD: my very favorite animal is the elephant (and I've got a huge tattoo to prove it haha). They are powerful, but gentle, loyal, and altruistic. I also love that they are a matriarchy. As for pets I'm a big dog person. The bigger the better. My Rottweiler was the love of my life and my uncle Newfoundlands were the giant floofs of my dreams. I'm way too busy to own a pet now, but when my brother returns from deployment he's adopting a Great Dane so I'll get to live vicariously through him.
