I had a slow month 2, after one hell of a month 1. Well, month 3 was more about gaining energy and mobility than it was the scale. Slow and steady wins the race.

I had my VSG on December 12th.

On surgery Date I weight 308

Today I am at 249.00

that puts me at 59 pounds lost since surgery.

but like they state above everyone is different and looses weight at their own pace. my surgery buddy is almost at 100 pounds lost since surgery. everyone's body is different so just hang in there and keep track of everything. count your macros and keep weighing your food. that's all we can do for now. :)

How much did you lose in the preop diet or did you have one?

I was not required to loose any weight however I did loose my heaviest was 330 pounds and the day of surgery I was at 308.
