Good Morning - Another busy catch up day at work then I have to go and drop my car off for the last time. I was caught in a hail storm last month and they deemed it not worth repairing due to the amount of damage. Was really sad last night as I cleaned it all out as its the only brand new car I have had and I worked so hard to get it. Ah well - not much that can be done.

QOTD: We have 3 dogs - Bella (Beagle x Lab) Maggie (Kelpie x Lab) and Reginald (Red Heeler) - they keep us on our toes. Plus 7 chooks that provide us with delicious eggs

B: Tamar Yoghurt with peach and cherries

S: Leftover peach and cherries

L: Chicken with Salad plus 1 piece of sweet potato n potato - leftovers from last night

D: TBD - will be whatever I cook once I finally make it home after dropping off my car :(

Have a great evening all

Shirley

Thanks Gwen

Im sad but least no-one was hurt. The repair place has seen over 16,000 claims so far - most are able to be repaired. Mine was just too badly damaged which I knew. Punched holes in the window trims right down one side of the car! Was crazy

I have an 11 year old Shih-Tzu named Pink, so the light of my life, Ladyblu), and six cats. My Maine Coon Benji is 17, Smoke is 13, Squeak is 9, Socksy is 8, and for the last two winters my husband has rescued a cat from outside, so we now have Callie and Lucky. He found another this winter but when I took her down to the shelter where I work as the volunteer coordinator, we found she had a microchip and the family had been missing her since October! A neighbor had let her out by mistake and they were absolutely thrilled to get their kitty back. We see a lot of sad stuff in the rescue business; stories with endings like this keep us going, for sure!!
