Another Goal Reached!!

VSG on 10/31/16

I just shake my head in wonder. As of today, I have lost 200 pounds from my highest weight 18 mo prior to surgery. I have lost a large man...it boggles my mind. Thank you, God, for letting me have this surgery. It has changed my life and I am so very happy!!

Next goal is 10 lbs away. Onward and downward!!

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I am down 205 lbs as of today. Congratulations!
