Vitamins
What I take. Probably not that much different than anyone else.
Regular multivitamin
Iron, since my multi doesn't have any
500mg of calcium twice a day (taken at different times, at least 2 hours apart from each other and the iron)
D, (I am prone to low D)
I just had my labs done and my iron was high ... and my D still a bit low ... so I am replacing the iron with D every other day for awhile. Perhaps the iron I bought is too potent.
If you fall down you just have to get back up.
I love the Patch multi with iron and the calcium with d3. Keeps my levels right where they need to be!
