weight loss?
I think that you should take a break from comparing yourself to other people and fretting about whether you're failing or going to fail. Be kind to yourself. Stick to the plan. You'll be great.

I completely agree with Gwen. Everyone loses at a different rate, and lots of variables go into who loses how much how fast. You can't compare yourself to anyone else...you will lose at the rate your body wants to lose at, and that's all there is to it. You're putting way too much pressure on yourself this early out...relax a little, know that you did the best thing you could for a healthy future, and just persevere.
I would not lose for 3 weeks and then have a big loss in the 4th week. I would get tired right before it happened. I lost this way before surgery and after. Everyone's body is different. I still managed to be at goal in 6 months this way. You are going to do amazing! I am going to keep my eyes on you! I am excited to read about your journey.
Remember you just had major surgery! Your body is in wtf mode. Be kind to yourself, be patient, & don't compare yourself to other people. This is your journey. Believe me if I kept comparing myself to everyone else I never would've made it as far as I did.
Good Luck to you.
