VSG it is!

I saw my surgeon today and I am so happy! I am being as proactive as I can be. The doctor was wonderful and just so nice! He recommended VSG and I agreed!

The staff was wonderful and made me feel at ease. I was so nervous.

I want to thank you all for being honest. It is refreshing as I know this will not be a "walk in the park". I have to see a cardiologist, a psychologist and continue with my classes. He is thinking 3-5 months out. since i already have two classes under my belt. He also recommend that I see a physical therapist to get an exercise routine worked out. I might even be able to use the pool at the hospital. I love exercising in the water.

I am so ready for this. Had this come about even 3 years ago it wouldn't of worked but I am ready now. I am worth the effort!
