I remember that! I looked at that when ya'll were talking about it before, but I don't particularly like drip coffee. The one I got is espresso based, but it will make a drip style cup if you adjust the grind.

Good afternoon,

Im back from my mini vacation. The music festival was good.

Im worried about my SIL, she wasn't doing good after her chemo treatment. At least she doesn't have to have a treatment this week.

B coffee and egg mcmuffin

L tuna and cottage cheese

D ham steak and corn on the cob

S caramel crunch protein bar and if I have calories left, skinny pop popcorn

Chemo is cumulative, so the more she gets the worse she'll feel after. My dad had 5 rounds (infusions the first and second week, third week off x 5), then smaller doses every week for 6 weeks. It's nasty stuff, but hopefully is attacking the bad cells so she cqn get well. It's so hard to watch someone you love go through it though and not be able to do anything to spare them the suffering.

I'm cleaning out the kitchen cabinets today..I've been putting this off all summer. First I took 3 bags of random stuff (sons clothes and shoes, hubbys clothes and some other stuff) and dropped them in a donation bin in town. My room, closet, and laundry room look better now. All this stuff never got sorted when I worked all the time and now I want it all cleaned up before we open our shop in a couple weeks.

D meatloaf and mashed potatoes for the guys

Vitamins and water good. Exercise, walking, work at the shop and reorganizing the cabinets.

Happy Tuesday from Australia. Hectic night with appointments and cooking for a friend who has been in hospital. Dropping meals off tonight on the way home from work

B: Chobani Yoghurt with Protein clusters

S: Babybel cheese

L: Chicken, Bacon & Leek Sour Cream Casserole with 1 carrot & 1 bean

S:1/2 Apple - missing crunch so starting on some fruit

D: Pork Meatballs in Sauce & stir fry veggies (boys will have rice with theirs)

This mornings scale rewarded me with a 800 gm gain Grrrrr - darn my cycle. Expect it will all sort itself out over the next few days. I was down 600gm yesterday morning. I know I shouldnt weigh every day but it keeps my head in the game. But days like today are kinda depressing :(
