TGIF! It's been a while since I moved and got engaged. Haven't fallen off track (I've lost some gained lbs!) thankfully, just looking to stay and get better. I've been back into working out at home doing insanity. Kicks my butt and it's so good!
B plain yogurt with berries
L rotisserie chicken breast over some salad
d we are having my future in laws over and they're bringing pizza, but I have left over chicken and I'll roast veggies. No dessert for me either! (Cheesecake, cookies). Sometimes it's rough to pass up but normally it's easy!
exercise off today
water on track
Happy Friday! Have presentations all morning so I'll have absolutely no voice the rest of the day and part of tomorrow. :-p
Day 2 back to basics...
B: protein shake
L: 2.5 oz. jerky
S: protein shake
D: went to the ****kicker local restaurant and had 5 oz. chopped steak with jalapeño jack cheese, grilled onions, a side of cottage cheese, and a little coleslaw
E: 7.5k walk and 140 flights of stairs

Morning all,
I admit, I'm in a pissy funk. This whole week has left me very stressed with all that's going on in the news and the potential horrific outcome, still devastating forest fires in British Columbia, people keep doing horrible things to each other, and just this morning - the last straw - I read they are considering adding video games as a sport in the 2024 Olympics. I lost it! Raging and incredulous. I have nothing against video games themselves as I play them but an Olympic sport? Come on. Having difficulty making sense of the human race this week.
Anyway, a long walk planned ASAP to help get the blood flowing and mood elevated and then lunch with a friend. That shall help. Could be a tiny bit of PMS raging, too.
B: coffee with cream/sugar, HB egg, leftover luncheon meat
S: Homemade protein shake with cashew milk, protein powder, strawberries, flax and greek yogurt
L: some sort of delicious Italian restaurant salad. They have a gorgeous grilled Caesar salad so maybe that.
S: more leftover luncheon meat (before it goes bad) and cheese. Also, a lovely cafe americano.
D: no idea, probably leftover salad from lunch
I hope everyone has a great day full of peace, energy and great food choices. I'm off to shed my "bad mood coat".

I agree about video games and the Olympics. There isn't anything else that isn't physically demanding is there? Is chess an Olympic sport?
My husband and I actually watch a big video game charity event every year called Games Done Quick and it's strangely fascinating though. And they raise over 1 million per year for cancer research too!
