Hello All:
Long weekend in Canada and my city is deserted. Love it!
B: coffee with sugar & Silk Coconut for coffee (first time tried, last time. Eww), HB egg
S: homemade protein shake: almond milk, Syntrax Caramel macchiato, strawberries, flax meal, greek yogurt
L: Amicano Misto with skim, 3 oz roasted chicken, salad greens
S: turkey pepperoni, swiss cheese slice
D: BBW and salad, I think. Unless it rains, then roasted chicken.
L: 2 L water, coffee, decaf tea
Exercise: 30 min walk

Surgery: April 30, 2014: HW: 288 SW: 250 Achieved Goal 149 lbs: April 8, 2015 CW: 158 lbs (working on losing 65 lb regain as of June 1, 2021. Weight was at 215 lbs). Fighting every darn day!
Yesterday was a disaster. Somehow Duncan popped 5 or 6 of his staples in his chest and the vet restapled them. Last night, I was by him all night long, and 1 of them fill out! So I'm having to practically sit on him this weekend so he doesn't open himself up again... GEESH!

Late post since i went kayaking this morning. I had a lot of fun. That is something i could get in to. Great workout

D boston butt pork shoulder and zoodles
No snack since im eating dinner later than normal
