Yogurt - How Much?
Curious on plain greek yogurt intake...how much do you eat? I've been sticking to 2-3.5 oz of food per meal (directions from my plan suggest about 3-4oz of food at 6 week mark). However, I was told by my nutritionist that adding yogurt/cottage cheese, along with a serving of fruit and milk, into a smoothie is ok...just drink it slowly. Does the same thing apply with eating yogurt? Can I gave a whole container of Danon LF (5.3oz)?
I was thinking of trying 4oz of plain greek with 1/4 cup of "healthy" cereal mixed in (soggy). Like Kashi GoLean. But this would be 6oz of food? Thoughts?
Favorite yogurt brands?
My two favorite flavors too! Both of them taste awesome with PB2 mixed in as well, and I do that sometimes because it's a minor calorie ding for some additional protein and it's YUM.
Most recently I started adding in some sunflower seeds and that's pretty awesome too!

I did yogurt early on but I don't do it now. It has way too many carbs for me. I generally eat all protein for breakfast, lunch has protein and carbs, my dinner consists of protein and vegetables. I end up eating a "balanced" diet this way. I just don't eat it at every meal.
I like Siggi's plain. Actually Skyr not yogurt but don't know the difference. Lower carb and 28g protein per cup.
