Saw my PCP yesterday, had an ultrasound done to make sure I didn't have a DVT (blood clot) in my leg. Waiting for lab results now. I hate waiting in limbo... thank goodness for xanax!
Busy day, first of the month, lots to keep me occupied.
B: protein shake with peppermint sugar-free syrup
L: 2 oz. spiced up chicken with broccoli slaw and riced cauliflower with sesame ginger vinaigrette

E: going to sneak in a short walk and some stairs today. Not going to let leg pain keep me from keeping moving!

Post Op VSG 10 months
Feeling super tired and exhausted today. Woke up with a bad headache so I'm not feeling so good. Lots of stuff to do for work. Feeling hungry today so I have a 3rd snack planned out for today's menu in case I need it.
Today's eats:
B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee
L: 1 cup spinach, 1 hard boiled egg, 1oz chicken strips, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 10g salad dressing
D: 3oz salmon, 2oz brussel sprouts, 10g light feta cheese
S1: 3oz green bell pepper slices, 2oz roasted red pepper hummus
S2: 5 stewed pitted prunes, 3oz plain greek yogurt
S3: 2oz raspberries, 2oz blackberries, 0.5oz almonds
Totals: 994 cals, 71g carbs - 22g fiber = 49g net carbs, 90g protein
