Good morning, VSGers! Today is a big day because I met GOAL! Not just normal BMI, but ideal weight! I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing for now, as I have an RMR and Dexa Scan test on 8/9 and then I figure I'll make some additional strides towards maintenance after those tests give me some data.

Currently 6 months, 12 days out and eating about 850-950 calories per day. I just noticed that the Aria scale didn't send my weight to TrendWeight for some reason. Come on! Today of all days!

M1: Premier Protein, Coffee, and Miralax

M2: Dannon L&F w/ Strawberries

M3: Daniele On-The-Go smart snacker (kind of like a P3 Protein Pack, but a 3oz portion size instead of 2oz)

M4: Pork Chop and a veggie

E: Not sure I have any planned today

Way to go, Erin!!! You're phenomenal. :D Hopefully the scale communication will resolve in a few hours.

Today is a busy day for me. I've got to run out to the grocery store at some point so I can cook dinner, and Terminex is coming later on for a yearly inspection. Aside from that I need to work on school because I've got a TON of resources to read/watch this week and I have to write a research paper by Sunday. (It's only 5 pages, but I haven't done much more than come up with a topic and some sources at this point.)

1: protein shake
2: leftover chipotle bowl
3: parmesan garlic herb salmon, roasted potatoes for the guy

liquid and vites: on track
exercise: walk around the block - it's gorgeous out!

Congrats, Erin! Making goal in 6 months? Wowza! We had a gorgeous weekend here, the weather is downright Spring like. My niece's bridal shower went wonderfully and I came home with an empty hot crab dip plate, so I guess everyone liked my low carb offering! :) My brother in law sent me home with some of his homegrown heirloom tomatoes, so I lucked out and had a breadless tomato, avo and bacon swiss cheese concoction for dinner last night. Yummo!

B: Bananas and cream Premier and coffee

S: bing cherries

L: Oscar Meyer deli select garlic and herb shaved chicken/reduced fat provolone roll ups

D: not sure. Thinking tuna salad in one of my b-I-l's hollowed out tomatoes and small salad.

S: sugar free pudding-vanilla

Post Op VSG 10 Months

Good morning everyone! I have a bunch of stuff I need to do for work today then a doc's appointment later. Been having a lot of digestive issues lately...so been trying to eat 5 prunes a day for my bedtime snack to keep my colon happy, lol! Naturally that raises my carb count up significantly more than what I usually do but I'm not too concerned about it. I stew them in some water with cinnamon and a touch of lemon juice and top them on my plain greek yogurt with some crushed walnuts... tastes delicious that way!

Today's eats:

B: Chocolate Premier Protein w/ 1tsp instant hazelnut coffee

L: 1 hard boiled egg, 1oz chicken strips, 1 cup spinach, 0.5oz light feta cheese, 10g salad dressing

D: 3oz chicken breast, 2oz cooked beets

S1: 2oz blackberries, 2oz raspberries, 1oz almonds

S2: 3oz plain greek yogurt, 5 stewed pitted prunes, 0.5oz walnuts

Totals: 993 cals, 65g carbs - 21g fiber = 44g net carbs, 87g protein
